About this event

A deeply nourishing 75 minute Hatha yoga class held in the beautiful Dance Studio.

Join us as we work with our breath and postures to clear the energy channels, release stagnation and reestablish a sense of balance within.

We start with breath work, progress to some warming postures, building strength, then finish with soothing, long-held stretches and a relaxing savasana.

Classes are strengthening and progressive. I vary the theme and teachings in each class to keep things interesting. Suitable for all levels including beginners.


Please bring along your own yoga mat, yoga blocks, a blanket or two and some water.


Learn all of the basics that you need to safely & confidently practice yoga, in a fun and friendly environment.


Perfect for anyone who would like a head start on their own personal yoga journey or for those who are simply curious about yoga.


Suited all ages and fitness levels, this class will leave you feeling energized, inspired and motivated to make yoga a part of your everyday life

We work with stress busting postures (asana), breath practices (pranayama) & mindfulness techniques which are highly effective at soothing the nerves and preventing anxiety from spiraling.
