A youth designed and led virtual event  to talk frankly and honestly about Mental Health issues and to share tools and resources.

Did you know that Mental Health problems effect 1 in 6 young people?Young people have told us that they are worried about Mental Health issues, made worse by the pandemic. Don’t feel alone because we are here to help you. Your young minds matter!Brent Council and Young Brent Foundation are hosting a series of short effective bite-sized workshops. An opportunity to talk frankly and honestly about the issues you are facing, share tools and resources to provide effective ways to manage your mental wellbeing and a chance to help shape better support for young people in the future.This youth designed and led event will contain a number of sessions including:•	Self-Care•	Peer Support•	Music Workshop•	Managing Emotions Sign up and win! There are prizes up for grabs!The 1st person to sign up for Young Minds Matter will win a £50 voucher. The 10th person signing up will win a £30 voucher and the 20th person will win a £20 voucher.This virtual event will take place on Zoom. Joining instructions to be sent closer to the date.Good luck!
