Young Nature Explorers (ages 5-7)

Join us at Gosforth Nature Reserve for children's widllife activity sessions, from birds and bugs to nature art and ponds!

Join naturalists at Gosforth Nature Reserve for themed children's wildlife activities. From getting crafty making bird feeders and clay art to getting dirty looking for bugs and pond dipping, there is a session for everyone!

Each month discover something new to learn about! You can book onto as many sessions as you'd like. Please see the full adgenda below.

Event length: Session 2, Sunday 29 March, 9.30 pm - 10.30 pm (approx)

Meet at: Gosforth Nature Reserve entrance, NZ 25998 69900, W3W: inch.caring.gave.

Event Cost: £6 or £4 with additional child discount purchased with the same email address

Suitable for: Children aged 5-7 (Age 8-11 sessions also available), home educators and children with an interest in wildlife

Accessibility note: There are several unsurfaced trails around the reserve which may be uneven and have small trip hazards such as tree roots. Paths may be muddy or slippery and walking/wellington boots are highly recommended.

Toilets are available in the Field Studies Room and there is an Eco Loo located mid-way along the boundary ride.
