Kofo Sanusi; Director of Operations, Founder Factory Africa
Founders Factory Africa (FFA) is a tailored, tech-based, £30mm corporate-backed accelerator. FFA is based on a unique model of combining corporate investors and partners, to design, build and grow Africa's best businesses. Kofo has over 10 years’ experience and expertise in business planning, operational and financial management. She has worked across Africa, Middle East and Asia supporting businesses across a broad range of sectors.
Oladimeji Oluwo; Executive Director, Emerging Markets Fixed Income Trading, MeritKapital Limited
MeritKapital is an investment firm with offices in the UK, Cyprus and Latvia. The firm has a focus within the fixed income space where this relates to its asset management offering but also within its proprietary trading and brokerage services. Oladimeji has extensive experience working on the Fixed Income Trading Desk, more specifically expanding it into Sub Sahara Africa Credits. 
Emeka  Njokanma; Head of Emerging Markets Rates Trading, TD Securities
TD Securities is a Canadian investment bank that provides services in corporate and investment banking, capital markets, and global transaction services. It operates across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Emeka has many years of experience in the financial sector. He has worked through various trading roles actively covering the majority of the products and currencies within the Emerging Markets business.
Elizabeth Afolayan; Senior Vice President, Risk Governance & Capital Advisory, Barclays Investment Bank
Barclays bank is a British multinational <A HREF="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Investment_banking" TARGET="_blank" TITLE="Investment banking" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">i</A>nvestment bank and financial services company headquartered in London. It provides advisory, financing and risk management services to large companies, institutions and government clients. Elizabeth is a skilled professional with over 10 years of industry and management consulting experience. She has delivered several courses and presentations to industry clients internationally.
