About this event

  • 1 hour 30 minutes

Join poets Julia Bird and Mike Sims for a social afternoon of readings and conversation exploring Keats's great gift for friendship. We'll get to know the writers, thinkers and artists from Keats's own circle, then ponder his role as a friend to readers and writers across the centuries. Keats House will be open exclusively for this event, and light refreshments (including cake!) are included in the ticket price.

Julia and Mike's book 'A Joy Forever: A Walk out with John Keats' (Paekakariki Press, 2022) is available online and from the Keats House shop.
