Carolyn McGregor, Business Adviser with the North East BIC has years of experience supporting people with their business growth plans, whether at the ideas stage, business start-up or already established she can hold your hand through the process of completing a business plan, preparing basic financials and navigating the funding landscape. As a qualified business coach, she acts as a mentor and accountability partner supporting people who may need assistance with getting organised, maintaining focus, prioritising, and staying motivated.
