Join us, as together, we begin to explore beneath the skin of the belly and get to know the marvellous world of your Second Brain. What’s there and what you can do with your own two hands to help alleviate many common digestive challenges, like acid reflux, IBS, and constipation, to name but a few.

You are not alone, and there are some easy tips and tricks that can really help you help yourself!

Come learn about your body, your abdomen, the wonderous world of your friendly bacteria, and how, by caring for yourself on a deep and profound level can not only support absorption and elimination but also your overall health and well-being.

This workshop is for anyone with a belly who would like to live in harmony within and without.

Please only sign up for this offering only if you can attend in person.
