Do I need to attend all sessions?

Not at all. Each session is designed to stand alone and give you something valuable in its own right. Come to the one that speaks to you most, or join us for all four - the choice is yours.

Who is this workshop for?

Creative professionals - e.g. designers, writers, producers, freelancers, anyone in the creative industries - who is at a crossroads and who wants structured space to think it through. Whether you're considering a pivot, reassessing your role or feeling something has to shift, this is for you.

Each session runs for one hour via Zoom in a small group format of maximum 20 people. Sessions are facilitated rather than lecture-based - you'll be guided through reflection and conversation, not talked at.

Will sessions be recorded?

No - the group format works because of the live conversation and shared energy in the room. Keeping it unrecorded also means people can speak freely.

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself and an open mind. You might find it useful to have a notebook handy.

I can only make one or two sessions - is it still worth coming?

Absolutely. Each session is self-contained and valuable on its own. Many people find that even a single session gives them significant clarity and momentum.

Is this therapy or counselling?

No. This is coaching and facilitation - it's forward-focused, action-oriented and grounded in your professional life. If anything more personal arises, Emma can signpost appropriate support.
