Your SpAce online meetup - small steps, big wins
Overview
Let’s round off the year together with a practical session designed for people living with axial SpA. In Small Steps, Big Wins, we’ll focus on the small, achievable habits that can make a big difference day to day. Expect a mix of friendly discussion, shared experiences, and practical take-away tips to help you feel supported as we head into the festive season.
We’ll cover:
- Gentle ways to keep active and support your body
- Practical ways to manage pain
- The art of pacing (and how to make it work for you)
- Practical fatigue tips for everyday life
- The importance of being kind to yourself
Why join?
- Pick up simple, realistic self-care strategies
- Connect with other people with axial SpA
- Share your experiences
- Ask the NASS team any questions you may have
- Leave feeling encouraged, supported, and ready for the busy season ahead
Please note: We will not be discussing medication in this meetup. We cannot give clinical advice or answer specific clinical questions. We can advise when to speak to your healthcare professionals if your question isn't able to be answered during the session.
