What is YOUR business story? How can you tell it with confidence? How can it bring you more, and more loyal, customers? And how can that story help you plan for growth?

If you are a start-up or early years business, this is an unmissable opportunity to learn essential, practical skills from three top coaches. You can implement these straight away to take your business to the next level.

Among the many skills you will take away from this fantastic day are:

· Winning more sales.

· Creating more meaningful customer relationships.

· Understanding the language and logic and finance.

· Making business decisions with confidence.

· Telling a compelling story to any audience.

· Presenting for maximum impact.

Holistic sales coach, John Wallace, shows how to understand your customer’s story to put a ‘buy from’ rather than than a ‘sell to’ approach at the heart of your business. Create a compelling bond with your customers, driving sustainable growth for your business.

Cindy Tan is an accountant with years of experience helping new businesses to thrive. She will help you demystify the financials, enabling you to understand your numbers, so you can price with confidence and make more robust business decisions.

Public speaking coach, Mel Byron, will give you an easy framework for structuring a story that sets your business apart and keeps your listeners engaged. She’ll also help you overcome your own self-doubt, so that you can present with confidence and impact.

Mel Byron spent over 20 years in the publishing industry before transferring her skills and her passion. She is now a coach, comedian and writer. Her first solo show, Karoshi, was a plea for a kinder, more people-centred workplace culture, and toured to several UK Festivals, including the Edinburgh Fringe. She continues to perform comedy all over the UK, whilst also working with clients, particularly in the area of speaking skills. Her latest programme, Work Like a Comedian, is launching in 2022 and shows how much of the comedian’s craft can be applied to work and life.
