About this event

You’re trained to support others — but who’s supporting you?

If you're MHFA-trained, the wellbeing lead, or simply the person everyone turns to when things go wrong, you know the emotional weight of that role.

That’s why The Exchange is back — a live, 60-minute online session designed to give you what you give everyone else:

Support, space, and real-world strategies that actually help.

This isn’t a webinar. It’s not another CPD tick-box.

It’s your reset — and we’ve got you.

In Just 60 Minutes, You’ll:

  • Connect with peers across sectors in a safe, energising space
  • Share real challenges without judgement or pressure
  • Learn tools and strategies you can use right away
  • Discover what’s working in other organisations
  • Leave with greater clarity, confidence, and calm

Who’s This For?

Whether you’re:

  • Trained with MHFA England
  • A graduate of St John Ambulance, British Red Cross, or another leading provider
  • Just starting to explore Mental Health First Aid in your role

You are welcome.

This session is for the quiet champions, the wellbeing leads juggling too much, and the everyday heroes holding space for others — often without anyone holding space for them.

Who Attends The Exchange?

We’ve welcomed participants from:

  • Automotive
  • NHS and healthcare
  • Local and central government
  • IT and digital services
  • Finance and insurance
  • Charities, theatre and creative sectors
  • Retail and customer-facing teams

If you support others and ever think, “But who supports me?” — this is your space.

Special Thanks

With heartfelt appreciation to Amanda Anderson, my former co-host and co-creator of The Exchange.

Her wisdom, warmth, and integrity helped shape this space from day one.Though she’s stepping away due to other commitments, her legacy lives on in every session.

Thank you, Amanda.
