<h3>Release your stress and create your own unique colouring patterns with mindful doodling. This step-by-step process uses a unique blend of Zentangle and neurographic art techniques. </h3>In this fun 90 minute session, artist and spiritual life coach Nicki Greenham will guide you through meditation and doodling techniques to access your subconscious through ‘Zen Doodling’. U﻿sing just a pen and paper you'll create a page of beautiful patterned art while releasing your stress and anxiety.Perfect for anyone who finds ordinary meditation difficult. E﻿ach month you'll learn a new way to doodle and colour to produce a beautiful piece of art, tuning into your intuition to release and rebalance. Suitable for everyone, including beginner doodlers. To make this accessible to anyone who needs it, tickets are by donation. Please pay what you can.Materials: All you need are four pieces of A4 (or letter size) paper and a thin black felt tip . You'll also need something to colour in with. This can be anything like felt tips, marker pens, crayons, coloured pencils or watercolour pencils (If you're using marker pens or paint, make sure your paper is thick enough to work on e.g. watercolour paper or thin card)."That was amazing, thank you I got so absorbed I didn't realise the time.
