We’ll start with the energising, dance-inspired rhythms of Zumba to get your heart rate up and boost your mood, followed by a calming Pilates session focused on strength, posture, and mobility. The combination offers the perfect balance of cardio and controlled movement.

Suitable for all levels
This event is open to everyone — whether you’re brand new to exercise, getting back into movement, or already active. All exercises will be clearly guided with options and modifications, so you can move at a pace that feels right for you.
