I am a Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist and Mindfulness Teacher. My mission is to help people find refuge in their body and mind. You can achieve this by practicing physical and mental awareness through Embodied Movement, Mindful Breathing, Mindful Meditation, Mindful Walking and other Mindfulness practices. I invite all practices to be taken off the mat or chair out into daily life encouraging Mindful Awareness of the Present Moment. I feel vehemently that these practices are the way forward in this ever challenging world we live in and need to be nourished in order to maintain Self -Care and develop your Resilience to this fast paced changing environment we live in. All the wise Sages and Prophets of our time tell us that peace can only be achieved by first achieving individual inner peace then we can form a collective peace.
