As part of the work I do to bring focus mindset and resilience to those who want to excel into their life changes, I also provide Mental Health First Aid Courses which open awareness of stigma and generate greater understanding of common mental health concerns. With better understanding we have better perspective to manage the choices we make in life.
My mindset and resilience work helps high achieving professionals at times when their life is unpredictable and uncertain and anxiety is running rampant. I support and challenge my clients to overcome the unhealthy and crippling effects of anxiety and rediscover innate resilience and reinforce their ability to step confidently into the pivotal moments of life. My work is done through private video coaching sessions, and virtual workshops.
With a keen eye on mindset and personal development using action steps my clients and I achieve meaningful and lasting results that allow immediate growth with in personal and professional life areas, while gaining more confidence and increased capability to tackle any challenge life serves up, regardless of industry or background.
