Hi, I’m Sara - a qualified Life Coach, Hill and Moorland Leader, artist and founder of Peak and Bloom. 'Peak and Bloom Outdoors' offers guided walks, outdoor coaching and wellbeing experiences in the Peak District designed to help you slow down, reconnect and find clarity through nature. Whether through creativity, reflection, connection or coaching, every experience is rooted in the belief that getting outdoors helps us feel more like ourselves again.
They are opportunities to step away from busy routines, screens and overwhelm, and give yourself space to think clearly, breathe deeply and notice the small things that bring joy. From mindful group hikes and reflective wellbeing walks to creative sketching hikes and outdoor life coaching sessions, each experience is designed to support both mental and emotional wellbeing through movement and connection with nature.
