Tectre Ltd and it's trainers have been delivering education on Diversity and Bias since 1999. Our approach is borne of true passion for equality and equity. We believe that this can only be brought about when leaders understand and manage their own implicit bias and privilege.

Our training covers the theory, but importantly for business covers the processes and procedures for embedding equality and inclusion into organisational policy.

We can do this because we have experience of working in and training for large corporates, small companies, charities, memberships, and learned societies.
