With Staff in Mind

We have been set up to support NHS and social care staff across Coventry and Warwickshire ‘With Staff in Mind’ is one example of the new Hubs that are being set up across the country to provide an additional level of support to all NHS and social care staff. This is in response to the pressures stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic, and the impact this has had on staff wellbeing. However, the Hubs are not just for COVID-19 related issues – it is there to support staff’s emotional wellbeing as a whole. The Hub is here to provide advice and can point staff in the right direction of finding the help they deserve, as well as offering sessions and workshops to teams who feel they are struggling as a collective group.
