Emma Spencer-Goodier

Emma is a Senior Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance U.K. Her love of yoga, community and philisophical enquiry continue to influence her teaching. Her's is a moving practice that is both strong and soft, cleansing for the body and clarifying for the mind creating a sense of ease physically and mentally.
