I’m Ruby-Ann, founder of Joyful Body - a trauma-informed movement practice based in Manchester. As a mother, dance ritualist, and devoted space holder, I honour the ancient lineages that inform this work while creating spaces where every body and every story is welcomed. I hold space as I hold my daughter - with unwavering trust and a deep understanding of the innate wholeness of every individual.
