Dementia Oxfordshire

Dementia Oxfordshire is a service provided by Age UK Oxfordshire. We support people living with dementia and their family and informal carers in Oxfordshire.

One of the ways we do this is by providing information sessions, including:

• Post-Diagnostic Information Sessions - in-person and online sessions for those with a dementia diagnosis and their families and carers.
• Understanding Dementia for Informal Carers - in-person and online sessions aimed at helping family and informal carers to navigate the role of carer.
• Dementia Awareness Sessions - promoting wider awareness of dementia and how best to accomodate those with memory issues. Delivered on request to businesses and organisations.
• Memory Worries Workshops - in-person sessions for anyone who is worried about their memory but doesn't have a dementia diagnosis.
