Empower Coaching Network is a UK-based coaching and development organisation dedicated to helping ambitious women - and the companies they work for - overcome self-doubt, build confidence, and take bold, strategic action in their careers.

Founded by Ginet, a confidence and leadership coach, Empower Coaching Network has supported hundreds of professionals through workshops, coaching programmes, and leadership sessions designed to create lasting mindset and behavioural change. From overcoming imposter syndrome to developing authentic leadership and self-belief, our sessions are practical, empowering, and grounded in real-world experience.

We partner with organisations to deliver confidence and wellbeing workshops, as well as run community events that give women the tools, strategies, and support to thrive - both personally and professionally.
