TESSA Tools delivers ethical AI training designed specifically for social care.

Founded by Nadia Hajat, a social worker with over 5 years of frontline experience and a Professional Doctorate researcher at Nottingham Trent University, TESSA Tools exists to bridge the gap between AI technology and the practitioners who serve the most vulnerable people in our communities.

We believe AI should support practice, never replace professional judgement. Our training is grounded in real-world social care scenarios, anti-oppressive values, and the VERA:H ethical framework developed through Nadia's doctoral research.
