At RESC, we empower local heroes, reward students and teachers, and promote trade skills and careers while giving back to our communities through innovative real estate incentives. We’re a Texas-based nonprofit that gives back to those who give the most.

We reward students and educators with fun incentive programs that recognize hard work and inspire future success.

We promote skilled trade careers by encouraging hands-on learning, DIY education through Career Days at schools.

We give back: using a portion of every real estate transaction to fund the programs that help build stronger, more connected communities.

It’s not a handout. It’s a thank you. Same home, same process, just with a check in the mail after closing. We support local Heroes, teachers, veterans, healthcare workers, first responders, and seniors, by offering real estate rebates that make buying or selling a home more affordable.
