Adam Goodman-Smith (The Self-Belief Coach) is an accredited coach and self-help author specialising in confidence, self-esteem and overcoming self-doubt. He supports individuals, teams and fellow coaches to stop playing small and lead with greater clarity and courage.
He offers 1:1 coaching and workshops on confidence, imposterism, self-sabotage, boundaries, assertiveness and strengths. His signature programme, Authentic Empowerment - No More Playing Small, runs online and in person and includes inspiring guest speakers. He also coaches developing coaches to deepen their confidence in practice. Adam works with organisations such as Boots, the BBC, Specsavers and BT.
With over a decade in coaching and leadership development, Adam has designed and delivered a wide range of programmes across sectors. Adam is a proud Ambassador for domestic abuse charities Broxtowe Women’s Project and White Ribbon UK.
