Glimpse Glass

Hi! I'm Kara! So nice to meet you, friend! I craft whimsical 3D glass floral sculptures and wearables in Calgary, Canada. Using a combination of copper foil stained glass, copper wire and found objects, I create unexpected pieces that break the rules of traditional glass. I use my 15 years of communications and public relations education and experience to introduce new eyes to the magic of glass via social media (260k+ followers between Instagram, Facebook and TikTok). I also have a book! "Stained Glass for Beginners" was published by Leisure Arts in Oct 2021. I love teaching, and my background in media coaching and communications has given me the tools and experience to break down the stained glass process and share it with YOU!
