Discovered fused glass via a long association with ceramics, had been making ceramic pendants and broaches for sale at craft fairs on my wife’s hand painted stand. Then my wife reminded me of a glass pendant she had got years ago made of dichroic glass. Started making pendants in a microwave kiln, and soon expanded from pendants to coasters and small tea light holders made in our pottery kiln to sell at craft fairs, then a friend with a paint your own pottery studio asked if I could do a glass workshop? This soon extended to other studios with larger items, more selection of coloured glass and larger class sizes. Over the last year have cut back on the craft fairs and concentrate more on workshops.
