Leeds Digital Charity Ball
Digital exclusion continues to be a major issue, with people living in digital poverty increasingly left out in a world
where everything has become digital-first. To bridge the divide, people need access to three key things: equipment,
connectivity, and skills.
Collaboration is key. With a group of board members and supporters from across the Leeds region, we have come
together to ignite the tech community through an annual charity ball, creating a powerhouse fighting a common
goal: helping the disadvantaged, abolishing digital exclusion, and driving positive change.
Digital technology and the internet can transform lives by creating opportunities and providing support where it’s
needed most. To tackle the underlying causes of digital exclusion, we have created the annual Leeds Digital Charity
Ball to challenge the digital divide and raise funds so more people can develop skills and access the technology
needed to live in a digital world.
