Mediterrano has been an Ann Arbor dining destination since 1995, celebrating the vibrant flavors and traditions of the Mediterranean. Our menu draws inspiration from over 14 countries along the Mediterranean coast, from the shores of Greece and the South of France to the spice markets of North Africa and the tapas bars of Spain.
Led by Chef Raúl Cob, our kitchen is driven by fresh, locally sourced ingredients and a deep respect for the culinary traditions behind every dish. Signature offerings like our Valencian paella, crafted by a trained Maestro, and seasonal small plates reflect a commitment to bold flavors and thoughtful preparation.
