Dr.May's Thai Kitchen

My name is May, and I am the chef-owner of Dr. May’s Thai Kitchen, an authentic Thai food truck and storefront based in Athens, Ohio.

At DMTK, we promote Thai cultural education through food by combining traditional recipes with farm-to-table local ingredients, U.S.-made products, and specialty Thai imports. We are also committed to sustainability through the use of compostable containers and by donating surplus food.

Our typical festival menu includes a variety of authentic Thai food and drinks such as Thai Tea, Vegetable Spring Rolls, Pork Wontons, Curry Chicken BBQ, Drunken Noodles (Chicken), Papaya Salad, and Sticky Rice. We also offer a wide range of dietary options, including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian items.
