Suzanne St. Clair and Helen Rutherford are Chartered MCIPD HR professionals with ten years + generalist HR experience to Head of HR level.
They set up Linden Tree HR to provide HR support to employers who don't need an HR department on site every day but want access to HR as and when they need it. Linden Tree HR has an Employment Law and Performance Management specialism, helping local employers with contracts, policies, performance management, grievances, disciplinaries and dismissals. We partner with selected HR software providers and local learning and development specialists to offer a complete HR service.
Linden Tree HR are members of the South East London Chamber of Commerce. Linden Tree HR have been shortlisted for Best Independent Business in The Mayor of Lewisham Business Awards which will be held on 9th November 2018.
