The event is a blend of discussions, speakers, networking, attractions, performers, acts, food, music and a lively atmosphere. Being young people ourselves, we have paid careful attention into tailoring the event for young people, particularly 18-24-year-olds.

We aim to achieve a healthy balance between the educational and professional value derived from attending corporate events, which are frequently branded to appeal to an older (working class) audience and the energy experienced at entertainment events such as festivals, concerts, sports events and parties which attract a younger audience.
