The Dyna Entertainment Inc.
Dynesti delivers royal hip-hop/soul with a dash of rudegyal - feminine Afro-Caribbean ‘sauce’. As a rapper, singer and dancer immersed in Caribbean cultures, her vibe fuses neo soul, conscious hip-hop, and dancehall. Six years in and out of the shelter system taught Dynesti to centre freedom, raw honesty, and mental health in her work. 2023 will see a major resurgence of “The Dyna”, the nourishing and comedic energy propelling her social media growth and an opening performance for Sean Paul. She will release the next four parts of her five-part recording project: Say Grace, Breakfast, Lunch, The Last Supper, and Dessert.
Learning how to grow as an artist without having a consistent coach or mentor is really difficult. This has inspired Dynesti to create mentorship opportunities for emerging entertainers. Known as "The Live Performance Mastery Coach", she has a gift for bringing artists out of their shells and inspiring them to hit new levels of entertainment in their own ways. Her coaching methods have been found to be interactive, challenging, informative and extremely effective earning her respect throughout Toronto's artist development scene under the nickname Coach Dyna. Her mentees have gone on to win various competitions and perform in venues internationally. She occasionally runs artist development programs such as Sister Sound System (a program for BIPOC women aged 16-24 run out of Scarborough Arts) and her live performance mastery program "Tough Act to Follow".
