I am a transformation specialist who has lived and breathed service improvement in Technology for over 20 years; I develop current and future leaders in the STEM sector with #FluffySkills through the NLP Bootcamp, Training and coaching.My highest purpose is to assist others to realise their potential and together we achieve this through exceptional Training and coaching that goes beyond expectations.I am an internationally Certified Trainer of NLP, recognised by the American Board of NLP (ABNLP), and I continue my NLP journey on the Master Training Programme. I regularly see coaching clients, assisting them to get life changing results utilising NLP, Time Line Therapy®, NLP Coaching and Hypnosis.
WHY TRAIN WITH RFTA∞ You are treated as an individual, as soon as you contact us, you will speak to a coach so that we can find out both your short term and long-term goals and you can be sure that you are on the right Training Programme for you∞ Once you enroll, you will be introduced to your own personal coach, who will support you before, during and after your Training and will always be on hand to answer any questions that you have∞ You are invited to re-attend your Training as a delegate at any time or alternatively, come back as a Coaching Assistant for you to see your Training from a completely different perspective and practice your coaching skills assisting others in their Training – all free of charge!
