Knowles Green

Mark, Co-Founder of Knowles Green, is a Diploma recipient from the International Guild of Sommeliers and a former full-panel judge at the International Wine Challenge in London. Inspired alongside Dagmara, he founded Knowles Green to share their passion and expertise in wine and cheese with wider audiences.

Mark’s career spans working with the Head Chef to the King of Belgium, IWSC Independent Wine Merchant of the Year, and more recently supporting four Michelin-starred restaurants across Birmingham.
