Convoy emerged to take loneliness out of job hunting.

Using elements from Agile-Scrum we re-create the structure, accountability and balance that is often lacking when we don't have a "regular" job.

There are three primary parts to the Convoy experience:

• The Daily Stand-Up (where the magic happens in 3-6 minutes a day!)
• A Weekly Retrospective/Review (60 min of hope and reassurance)
• A weekly Guest Speaker (for Motivation, Education and Inspiration)
