The Center for Latino Executive Development (CLED), founded by Dr. Robert Rodriguez and Angel Gomez. CLED serves as an executive development center for Latino professionals that embraces their ethnic identity to train better leaders for corporate America. It is aimed at those Latino leaders whose aspirations are to take advantage of their diverse experience, expand their network and move up on the corporate ladder. CLED produces rigorous learning experiences through intensive workshops, targeted executive coaching and cultural thought leadership events.
