Michael Galindo

I am from San Antonio, Texas. What I value most is prioritizing health, staying humble, learning through curiosity, being my authentic self, and embracing originality. Over the past 18 years, I have conducted extensive research (both independently and academically) on what it means to be human, constantly asking questions to seek answers. I own over 350 books on topics such as leadership, psychology, philosophy, health, neuroscience, and diet.

I hold an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology. Additionally, I have completed over six leadership courses and have been a guest speaker at more than 12 leadership conferences. I have coached four executive leaders and hundreds of managers while leading numerous teams, starting from the age of 20. Finally, I have served in multiple executive counsel positions, including president of three large nonprofit organizations.

I have coached, led, and developed others to exceed life and organizational performance goals, all thanks to one key factor: my understanding of people.
