UW Astronomy Outreach

Our faculty, researchers, staff, and students participate in a wide range of events — including workshops, lectures, and demonstrations — in schools and for the general public. In all, the outreach efforts of the UW Department of Astronomy serve more than 4000 people per year. Activities in the Seattle metropolitan area include:
