I’m Agnes Molnar, a transformational coach for high-performing professionals.
Before coaching, I spent 25 years in IT as a developer, architect, and consultant. I know what it feels like to be competent on the outside while quietly running on empty and dying within. I know what it feels like slowly forgetting your own needs and who you are within. I know how it feels when slowly realizing: something needs to be changed.
And I know how it feels, still to be paralized and not being able to do anything.
It took me years to realize what I miss from my work as a consultant.
I talked with friends over long walks and coffee dates. I worked hard with my coach to find out what’s “wrong”. It took me a while to figure out what I want, and what would make me feel alive again.
Long forest walks, sleepless nights, tears, self-doubt.
I moved to a new country, divorced, and explored new career challenges.
This long, painful process made me rediscover myself, learn and un-learn a lot, and in the end, this led me to where I am today: relieved, free, confident. Knowing what I want, and what I need. Living my own life, by my own standards, not by others’ expectations - and helping everyone I can who feel lost and alone.
