Ayisha Coffey & Sarah Ferry

Ayisha at Sleepy Sprouts is a Certified Infant Sleep Consultant dedicated to helping families get the rest they need. She specialises in guiding both infants and parents toward healthier sleep with gentle, effective, and compassionate support.

Ayisha deeply understands the toll sleepless nights can take on the entire household. In addition to her infant sleep qualifications, she is also a certified Autistic and Anxiety Sleep Consultant. With around 1 in 100 children diagnosed as autistic—and 50–80% of those experiencing sleep challenges—Ayisha is uniquely equipped to provide specialised care for neurodivergent children and their families.

At Sleepy Sprouts, every child is seen as an individual. That’s why the approach is always personalised, offering tailored solutions that fit your child’s age, temperament, feeding patterns, sensory needs, and sleep environment.

Whether you're establishing a routine, facing persistent sleep disruptions, or navigating unique neurodevelopmental needs, Ayisha is here to guide you every step of the way. Through in-depth sleep plans and one-on-one support, Sleepy Sprouts gives you the tools and confidence to build healthy and lasting sleep habits.

Sarah is a qualified counsellor with a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Counselling. She specialises in supporting the mental health of mothers, offering a compassionate and non-judgmental space to explore the full emotional spectrum of motherhood — including rage, regret, grief, loss, resentment, and more.

In addition to her private practice, Sarah also works with the Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin NHS Talking Therapies service, where she brings her expertise to a wider community.

Sarah draws deeply on her own experience of motherhood, understanding first-hand how complex and overwhelming this journey can be. Her work is rooted in the belief that mothers deserve to feel supported, seen, and empowered — not just as caregivers, but as whole individuals.

With specialist training in perinatal birth trauma, attachment theory, and currently undertaking training in pregnancy and infant loss, Sarah also helps clients explore how their own childhood experiences may be shaping their current relationships — particularly with their children.

Whether you’re navigating early motherhood, struggling with unresolved trauma, or simply need space to understand how you’re truly feeling, Sarah offers a grounded, empathetic approach tailored to your needs.https://www.sarahferrycounselling.co.uk/
