Founder of Solution Property, Wendy is a property developer, coach and mentor who loves transforming unloved buildings and land into homes for people to enjoy. Her focus is commercial conversions, planning gain, and self-build developments. As a property coach, mentor and trainer, she's passionate about helping people achieve financial freedom through property.

Paul Duval

Since 2017, Paul started Cliftonvalley Property Limited to invest in, buy, refurbish and hold property (BTLs, HMOs and SAs) and created Cliftonvalley Apartments in partnership with his son, Matt, to invest in Serviced Accommodation. He also provides training services, consultancy on SA systems integration and mentorship in SA. Cliftonvalley Apartments soon grew and Matt and Paul created Cliftonvalley Management to set up and manage serviced apartments and holiday lets hands-free for other landlords and investors.
