Calvin Silvester

Hi, I'm Calvin Silvester. I've been working in the IPS (Individual Placement & Support) sector since 2015, when I set up the Berkshire Healthcare NHS IPS service. Since then I have worked as an IPS Implementation Manager, IPS Grow Lead, fidelity reviewer and trainer.

I have trained and coached 100's of front line staff across the NHS & third sector in the IPS model of supported employment, with a specialism in developing employer engagement skills.

I am passionate about giving people the tools, resources and confidence to help themselves and their clients, to give them hope, to guide them towards the type of work and wellbeing they deserve.

I also strongly believe we learn by getting involved and applying new information in a reflective way and use a coaching style throughout the various workshops I run.
