Canvas is a community of digital product designers, engineers and specialists sharing insider stories and actionable insights.

Since 2011, our award-winning event has been welcoming makers from all over the country to hear insider stories from industry leaders about their experiences designing, building and optimising digital products. Each year, we gather more than 300 product people in the heart of Birmingham for a one-day product conference, with honest, inspirational talks from the likes of SpaceX, Google, Spotify, Slack and Netflix.

Our speakers share with us their successes, their failures, the lessons learned, and the journey they have been on. There’s no high level overviews or brand evangelists - it's actionable insights from real people doing the hard work, on the front lines of designing, building and managing digital products and customer experiences, with practical insights and advice our community can take back into their day to day work.

Our community is made up of people who lead by example - not by job title. It's full of amazing product designers, developers, engineers, managers and owners who want to make things better by making better things. Beyond our flagship conference, we also host a regular programme of digital events and content, helping connect digital makers to share insider stories and elevate their craft.
