Care2U Community Services

Care2U Community Services is a boutique Supported Independent Living (SIL) provider on the North Shore of Sydney and Inner West. We have 6 group homes (2 in Lindfield, 1 in Gordon, 2 in St Ives & 1 in Merrylands plus 10 individual apartments in Marrickville) with over 85 support workers in total. Care2U was founded in 2019 by our director, Rojer and a few board members. Our operations manager Felistas has over 12 years of experience as a mental health nurse before joining Care2U full time in 2021. We have a RN who works Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. After hours on call is shared among team leaders and service manager, where emergency situations will be escalated to Felistas (our operations manager). Over 90% of support workers have a minimum of Cert III in Community Services/Disability and one years of work experience. If they don’t have these, they will be asked to complete the qualifications within 6 months while they are in training. Care2U also works with Royal North Shore Hospital, Macquarie Hospital, Cumberland Hospital to transition participants into SIL with mental health conditions and complex needs.
