I teach a flowing style of movement and breathwork that draws on my 16 years of vinyasa-based yoga practice and my explorations of Ashtanga, Iyengar, Yin, Restorative, Somatic movement, Yoga Therapy, Qigong, Martial Arts, Pilates and Dance.
My classes follow a different physical, energetic or philosophical theme each week, with emphasis on building both strength and flexibility in body and mind.
From dynamic flow to gentle yoga and relaxation, I offer a range of online and in-person weekly classes, workshops and retreat days.
All classes are friendly and inclusive. My students are aged 18 to 80+ and I provide options for every level of energy and experience.
I love to share the practices that I find most enjoyable and beneficial with enthusiasm and a smile.
