carryOn/calm is a dedicated wellbeing space, I offer guidance, support, growth and learning for you to strike the perfect balance of 'doing' (to carryOn) and 'being' (to bring the calm).
With a developing range of services; exercise and baby massage classes, teen mentoring and mindfulness sessions, 'Goal-Getting' and empowerment coaching, combined with content creation that provides motivation, inspiration and good vibrations.
