Catalyst Counseling is a mental health agency that serves all of Washington State, with in-person appointments available in Woodinville, WA. We offer individual, couples, and family counseling as well as Executive Function Coaching.
Our mental health therapists can provide therapy in 8 languages fluently. Areas of expertise include neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, parenting, adulting, grief & loss, and caregiving. We are in network with Premera, BCBS, Regence, Kaiser HMO & PPO, First Choice, Aetna, and most Medicare plans.
