Chantelle Gillespie

Chantelle Gillespie / CSG Poetry is a spoken word poet and author from the United Kingdom. She is just a girl from Birmingham who has a thing for poetry and loves God.

Forget the typical run-of-the-mill poetry which is filled with confusing obscure verses, CSG Poetry writes captivating urban poems for the woman of today.

Chantelle started her writing journey in 2012 and in 2018, CSG Poetry took her spoken word poems worldwide by creating a successful spoken word podcast which she recorded from her car!

She was nominated as a finalist for two JUMP Music Video Awards in 2019 (Best Spoken Word Video and Best Inspirational Video).

Chantelle has performed on stages such as In The Space with Nikki Tapper (BBC), Transendence and has written poetry for Urban Cafe Radio (Coventry 101.5 FM).

Her debut poetry book, ‘SHE’ was released in December 2019 and is due to take the world by storm. Chantelle has also released a Spoken Word Poetry single, ‘Mr Left’, which is available on all usual platforms.
