Click & Connect is a new initiative helping residents across the New Forest gain the confidence, skills and support they need to get online and make the most of the digital world.

Whether it’s booking a GP appointment, video calling family, accessing council services, enjoying online hobbies, or understanding how to stay safe online — Click & Connect provides friendly, practical support for anyone who wants to feel more comfortable using technology in everyday life.

This programme is free for New Forest residents and delivered in a welcoming, jargon-free environment with patient guidance at every step.
